DR. WILLIAM MOULD
BOARD CHAIRMAN
Dr. William Mould has a PhD in Economics from the University of Bradford, England. He is a former Director of Credit Suisse First Boston Limited where he spent15 years and rose to the rank of Deputy Head of Global Operations for their OTC Derivative Subsidiary Credit Suisse Financial Products.
He managed directly a global team of 150 people located in London, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Dr. Mould returned to Ghana in the year 2000 and is a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of the Meridian Group of Companies.
ROSEMOND KORKOR O. ORACCA-TETTEH – CEO
Korkor is currently the CEO and Co-founder of OYA Capital Ltd. Prior to joining OYA Capital Ltd Korkor was the Group Head, Private Banking and Wealth Management at First Atlantic Bank. Before starting her carrier in banking in 2007 she worked with several departments of marketing, she joined UBA (Ghana) Limited in 2007 as a Profit Centre Manager. Korkor banking experience involves Branch Management (Retail Banking), Branch Operations, pension funds management, corporate banking, Private Banking and Wealth management. Korkor holds a BSc with honors in Business Administration (Marketing Management Option) and MBA in Finance. She also attended the London School of Private Banking a course organized by Euromoney Learning Solutions.
LINDA WATTS – HEAD COMPLIANCE
Linda Watts is a seasoned professional with over ten years of diverse experience in the Financial Services Sector. Her professional journey began at Access Bank (Ghana) Limited, where she started as a National service personnel in the marketing department, laying the foundation for her subsequent ventures in the Financial Services Industry. In January 2014, Linda transitioned to All-Time Capital Investment as an Analyst in Marketing and Business Development. Here, she engaged in market analysis, identified growth opportunities, and supported business expansion efforts. Driven by her passion for the financial services industry, she joined AFB Ghana (now Letshego Ghana Savings and Loans) in July 2014. During her tenure at Letshego Ghana, Linda's career advanced steadily. She started as a Tele sales Executive in the newly established Business unit-AFB Direct. By 2015, she had progressed to the role of Credit Risk Analyst and by 2018, she became a Credit Administration Supervisor, consistently demonstrating high performance. In 2019, she was appointed as the Risk and Compliance Lead for Letshego Ghana, where she led various Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, thus mitigating business risks. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & History from the University of Ghana Legon, and an Executive Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana Business School. By combining her strong academic background with practical experience, Linda continues to play a crucial role in driving organizational success.
RITA O. ACKOM – (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Prior to joining OYA Capital Limited, Rita worked in the banking industry - Guaranty Trust Bank, Ghana and First Atlantic Bank, Ghana - for a total of ten years in various capacities and in different departments that covers corporate banking, retail & consumer banking, branch management and private banking. Leading key transactions with corporate portfolios like GNPC, Schlumberger, Baker Hughes, Rita has a firm background in economics and international finance. Her expertise comes from her experience in building and setting up sustainable units in her various leadership roles during her banking career. She holds a BSc in Arts (Economics and Law) - KNUST, a Post Grad in International Finance, Westminster Business School.
ALBERT LUGUTERAH (PHD)

He is currently the Associate Professor in Statistics and Dean of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences of the University for Development Studies (UDS), Ghana. He has a strong database and analytical skills with extensive consultation experience on the application of quantitative analysis.

Edouard is responsible for advancing the company’s technology, infrastructure and data initiatives. Before joining the company in 2020, Edouard served as Chief Technology Officer at Deutsche Bank, where he led the creation and execution of technology strategy for infrastructure and telecommunications.
Edouard’s began his career as an IT support analyst at NatWest Bank, and later held a series of positions with increasing responsibility at RBS Group, Barclays Bank, GE Capital, Independent Police Commission and Deustche Bank. He has a Microsoft Certified Professional A+PC support & Internet, TCP/IP and BSc in Mathematics.
KAFUI ABBA FOLI

Kafui has experience in managing both Institutional funds and private funds. She has extensive knowledge in the operations of the Ghana Stock Exchange, complying with the industry’s regulations and Operations. This she gathered as a Manager, Brokerage department with Strategic African Securities (SAS). She also maintained excellent customer relationships which resulted in Clients gaining trust and confidence in SAS.
