BOARD CHAIRMAN
Dr. William Mould has a PhD in Economics from the University of Bradford, England. He is a former Director of Credit Suisse First Boston Limited where he spent15 years and rose to the rank of Deputy Head of Global Operations for their OTC Derivative Subsidiary Credit Suisse Financial Products.
He managed directly a global team of 150 people located in London, New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Dr. Mould returned to Ghana in the year 2000 and is a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of the Meridian Group of Companies.
ROSEMOND KORKOR ORACCA-TETTEH

Korkor Oracca-Tetteh is the CEO and Co-founder of OYA Capital Ltd. Prior to joining OYA Capital Korkor was the Group Head, Private Banking and Wealth Management at First Atlantic Bank. Before starting her carrier in banking in 2007 she worked with several departments of marketing before joining UBA (Ghana) Limited in 2007 as a Profit Centre Manager. Korkor banking experience involves Branch Management (Retail Banking), Branch Operations, pension funds management, Corporate banking and Wealth management. Throughout her banking career she has been involved in Developing and maintaining a portfolio of both existing and target client relationship to maximize client revenues within acceptable risk profile requirements and also delivering tailor-made financial solutions to clients by leveraging successful on the banks key capabilities whist maximizing return on capital. Korkor holds a BSc with honors in Business Administration (Marketing Management Option) and MBA in Finance. She also attended London School of Private Banking a course organized by Euromoney Learning Solutions.
FREDERICK KWEKU KLU

Frederick is a Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® with the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI)®, Canada and a licensed Investment Advisor. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Geomatic Engineering coupled with a solid background in finance with over 10 years of working experience in the Banking sector mainly with Barclays and Stanbic Ghana as Corporate Risk Officer and Credit Analyst respectively.
He also worked as an Investment Analyst and Compliance Manager with Steward Capital Partners Limited in a similar industry. He has a solid expertise in Financial Modelling & Analysis, Portfolio Management, deal structuring and negotiation etc.
RITA OFFEIBEA ACKOM
HEAD, AGRIC DESK
Prior to joining OYA Capital Limited, Rita worked in the banking industry (specifically with Guaranty Trust Bank, Ghana and First Atlantic Bank, Ghana) for a total of ten years in various capacities and in different departments that covers Corporate Banking, Retail & Consumer Banking, Branch Management and Private Banking. In GT Bank, Rita managed the Upstream Desk (Oil & Gas Services Sector) leading key transactions with the likes of GNPC, Schlumberger, Seadrill amongst others. Subsequently, she moved to set up and lead the Private Banking and Wealth Management Group, GT Bank creating a flagship product (an offshore investment product) that helped the Department build a healthy portfolio of high-net-worth individuals.
After her stint with GT Bank and having built strength in setting up and managing new teams/units, Rita joined First Atlantic to manage one of their new flagship branches as Branch Manager overseeing to the build-up of a portfolio of small to medium scale business and retail accounts. With a firm background in economics and international finance, her expertise comes from her experience in helping build and set up sustainable units in her various leadership roles during her banking career. With in-depth knowledge in credit writing, financial analysis, marketing strategies and building sustainable business plans, Rita is well versed in her field of work. She holds a BSc in Arts (Economics and Law) - KNUST, a Post Grad in International Finance (Westminster Business School) and MSc in Project Management, (University of Liverpool).
EDOUARD NAANDU

Edouard is responsible for advancing the company’s technology, infrastructure and data initiatives. Before joining the company in 2020, Edouard served as Chief Technology Officer at Deutsche Bank, where he led the creation and execution of technology strategy for infrastructure and telecommunications.
Edouard’s began his career as an IT support analyst at NatWest Bank, and later held a series of positions with increasing responsibility at RBS Group, Barclays Bank, GE Capital, Independent Police Commission and Deustche Bank. He has a Microsoft Certified Professional A+PC support & Internet, TCP/IP and BSc in Mathematics.
KAFUI ABBA FOLI
FUND MANAGER
Kafui has experience in managing both Institutional funds and private funds. She has extensive knowledge in the operations of the Ghana Stock Exchange, complying with the industry’s regulations and Operations. This she gathered as a Manager, Brokerage department with Strategic African Securities (SAS). She also maintained excellent customer relationships which resulted in Clients gaining trust and confidence in SAS.
ALBERT LUGUTERAH (PHD)

He is currently the Associate Professor in Statistics and Dean of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences of the University for Development Studies (UDS), Ghana. He has a strong database and analytical skills with extensive consultation experience on the application of quantitative analysis.
